Closing of the Premier league season

Its been a fun season, with Spurs finally getting that all important top 4 slot, Fulham having a strong season on top of all their Europa fixtures, Liverpool slipping out of the top 4 , Man City couldnt get into the top 4 and the last bit of excitement left for tomorrow is will Man Utd or Chelsea take the title, Utd need the win to secure it.
