Real Madrid are planning a £50m summer move for Spurs forward Gareth Bale and manager Andre Villas-Boas. Paris St-Germain boss Carlo Ancelotti is also a contender if Jose Mourinho leaves the Bernabeu.
Bale will leave Tottenham if they fail to qualify for the Champions League, which would trigger a get-out clause in his contract.
Manchester United want Newcastle midfielder Yohan Cabaye for £20m but winger Nani is on his way out of Old Trafford to join PSG.
Man United are also interested in signing Benfica midfielder Nemanja Matic. The Serbia international previously played for Chelsea but was a makeweight in the deal to take David Luiz to Stamford Bridge in January 2011.
Manchester City are ready to reward striker Sergio Aguero with a new four-year contract on improved terms.

Liverpool are favourites to sign Swansea defender Ashley Williams this summer despite interest from Arsenal.
The Anfield club must decide whether to pay a minimum of £12m if they are to beat Arsenal to the Wales centre-back's signature.
West Ham are set to offer Liverpool £10m for striker Andy Carroll. The player on loan at Upton Park, is valued at £17m by the Reds but injuries and his goal return have prompted the Hammers to re-evaluate their bid.
Tottenham are ready to approach Everton midfielder Leon Osman following the breakdown of contract talks between the England international and the Toffees.
Stoke are considering a bid for Denmark and FC Copenhagen striker Andreas Cornelius to replace Michael Owen. Everton are also thought to be keen on Cornelius, who scored his first goal for Denmark against the Czech Republic in March.

Real Madrid boss Jose Mourinho has agreed to go back to Chelsea this summer and has put Zenit St Petersburg striker Hulk at the top of his transfer shopping list.

QPR chairman Tony Fernandes will order a major clear-out at Loftus Road this summer with midfielder Adel Taarabt likely to be the biggest sale.
Tottenham are among a group of Premier League clubs that would consider triggering Loic Remy's £8m escape clause if QPR are relegated. The French striker has scored five goals in seven starts since joining from Marseille in January.
Manchester United striker Wayne Rooney will not leave Old Trafford for Paris St-Germain this summer, according to team-mate Federico Macheda. The French side are said to be monitoring Rooney's situation after the forward was left out of last month's Champions League defeat by Real Madrid.
