Manchester United will refuse to sell Javier Hernandez despite interest in the 16-goal striker from Real Madrid.
Liverpool will offer captain Steven Gerrard a two-year contract extension and plan to reunite him with former midfield partner Xabi Alonso by offering Real Madrid £8.5m for the player.
Arsenal are planning to spend £70m on Borussia Dortmund striker Robert Lewandowski and playmaker Mario Goetze as well as Bayer Leverkusen defensive midfielder Lars Bender.
Liverpool intend to make up to five signings in the summer, with Swansea goalkeeper Michel Vorm under consideration.

Manchester United will renew their interest in Barcelona midfielder Thiago Alcantara after his father revealed he is ready to quit the club. United have been keen on the Spain international for the past three years and had a £15m bid rejected 18 months ago.
Arsenal and Newcastle target Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang believes a £10m bid will be enough for his Ligue 1 club St Etienne to let him leave.
Aston Villa manager Paul Lambert says Aston Villa must stop selling their star players and fears going back to "square one" if strikers Christian Benteke and Andreas Weimann are allowed to leave. Lambert sees the pair as essential to Villa's prospects - and expects them to stay after pledging to improve them further.
Fiorentina look set to beat Tottenham to the signature of Feyenoord midfielder Jordy Clasie.

Arsenal and Liverpool are set to battle it out for the signature of Swansea City defender Ashley Williams in the summer.

Jose Mourinho has hinted he wants to return to manage Chelsea next season. The Real Madrid boss is quoted as saying: "It's not easy to find a new destination. It could be a destination where I've coached before. There are things that may be about to happen no-one could imagine."
Mourinho's former Porto youth coach Rui Sa Lemos added fuel to the fire by posting a picture of Stamford Bridge next to the message "Mourinho's home next year" on Twitter. He also posted: "I'm not guessing, I'm giving news," before the account was shut down.
Mourinho will return to Stamford Bridge on Monday night as a special guest of the Brazilian FA for their friendly against Russia.
Chelsea defender David Luiz believes the club can still end their troubled season on a high. "We can still win the Europa League, are still in the FA Cup and fighting for a better position in the table," he said.



Swansea's striker Michu insists he is happy at the Welsh club, saying: "Playing alongside Leon Britton, Jonathan de Guzman, Wayne Routledge, Nathan Dyer and Pablo Hernandez is good for me. I connect well with these players on the field and would not trade them for anybody."
Uruguayan striker Edinson Cavani, who plays for Italian side Napoli, could be coming to the Premier League after admitting he does not know where he will be playing next season. The player has scored 27 goals in 33 games for Napoli and is wanted by Chelsea and Manchester City.
