West Ham are planning a fresh bid for their former striker Demba Ba who is out of favour at Chelsea. The Hammers tried to sign Ba in January.
Chelsea are willing to allow defender David Luiz to leave for Barcelona in January.
Chelsea, along with Manchester City, have been alerted to the possibility that Sergio Ramos could leave Real Madrid after the defender was criticised by Real coach Carlo Ancelotti.
Everton are considering a move to bring Los Angeles Galaxy striker Landon Donovan back to Goodison Park for a third loan spell in the new year.
Manchester City defender Joleon Lescott who is in the final year of his contract, claims he is not being given a chance by Manuel Pellegrini and could seek a move in January.
Crystal Palace's Yannick Bolasie thinks that fellow winger Wilfried Zaha would love to return to his former club on loan from Manchester United in January, six months after leaving for Old Trafford.

Liverpool are closing on a deal for Barcelona defender Martin Montoya. The Spaniard's contract expires in the summer but managing director Ian Ayre flew to Spain on Thursday in an attempt to push a deal through in January.
Chelsea are considering a loan move for Real Madrid full-back Fabio Coentrao with Jose Mourinho wanting the option to buy permanently in the summer.
Tottenham want to sign Basel winger Mohamed Salah. The Egypt international was watched by Tottenham sporting director Franco Baldini in the Swiss side's 1-0 win over Chelsea in the Champions League in midweek.
Everton manager Roberto Martinez is certain that Leighton Baines has not played his final game for the club. The left-back, who is out until the new year after suffering a foot injury, is wanted by Manchester United, who could bid for him in January.
Newcastle are set to move for Netherlands goalkeeper Warner Hahn. The FC Dordrecht player has also been watched by Roma, Lazio and Genoa.
Arsenal are to watch Dundee United youngster Ryan Gauld when the Scot faces Kilmarnock on Friday night. Manchester United, Liverpool and Everton are also interested.

Porto's Colombia international striker Jackson Martinez is said to be on the verge of completing a transfer to Chelsea. His agent has reportedly travelled to London to discuss the terms of a deal that will cost the Blues around £33m.Full story: Metro 

Chelsea are also thought to be favourites to sign Croatia midfielder Ivan Rakitic who prefers the Stamford Bridge club to Manchester United and Liverpool, if he chooses to leave Sevilla instead of signing a new contract.
Tottenham technical director Fabio Baldini was at Tuesday's Basel-Chelsea match amid reports Spurs are planning a January move for the Swiss club's £20m-rated Egypt international striker Mohamed Salah.
West Ham and Newcastle are vying to sign former Blackburn and QPR defender Christopher Samba from Dynamo Moscow, with the Congo international wanting to return to England to be with his family.
